Most status window text or subtext either does not translate, results in a translation error, or becomes a jumbled mess. I am not sure if you can fix it, but I'm just stating it
They wasted a lot of panels on fighting when it could be simpler and less detailed. A lot of panels are wasted on inner monologue, but other than that, it's decent. I personally like the fmc, but the male protagonist is kind of annoying with a happy-go-lucky vibe.
