Summary
Mondo, the lawless city—a gray wasteland belonging to no nation—is a place where evil deeds occur every day. Nico, a member of “Colorless,” a group dedicated to preserving what little order remains in this lawless place, was on a mission that day to rescue Chris, a boy imprisoned in the Human Factory. She successfully located Chris, and all that remained was to make their escape. But just as they were about to break free, Nico’s head was pierced by the tail of a modified soldier.
